The new residential complex is located in the Nádraží Žižkov district of Prague, between an old freight station with abandoned railway tracks and a more urban and lively cityscape. The design strikes a balance between functionality, human size and contact with nature, with the placement of apartment buildings on the edge of the plot creating a large open central park.

The park is surrounded by two large, curved apartment complexes, with a total of 450 dwellings. The park is open to residents and locals, serving as a common space for people to connect, relax and enjoy the outdoors, while providing a biodiversity environment where local species and plants can thrive.

The architectural concept of mobile and stackable modular units creates a visually interesting facade landscape that makes optimal use of daylight and appearance. The modular system and repeating designs fragment the larger building on a human scale, with elements experienced as dynamic volumes with a variety of proportions. From the iconic urban scale of the tallest façade to the personal and bustling atmosphere of small shops, the resort is one of many united faces.

Modular efficiency and simple design principles allow for the creation of a multitude of apartments of different sizes, accommodating a diverse set of residents. In the words of the architects, the project “offers its residents the best of the city and nature: highly functional apartments with optimal access to urban amenities, privacy within a community and a green and welcoming park. on their doorstep ”.
