The company is about to complete a four-storey block of 90 rear apartments and commercial units on Cotton Mill Row.

Number 180 Shalesmoor was originally a steel works before being used for clothing distribution and later a body shop, clutch centre, car hire and fishing tackle sales.

Managing Director Matt Bowker said: “We have worked on many developments on Kelham Island and around Shalesmoor and Neepsend and are confident that 180 Shalesmoor will prove as successful as all of our previous projects.
